Shipping
Everything ships from California within 1 to 2 business days.
Standard delivery is 3 to 7 business days, $8. Orders over $70 ship free. Express is $15.
We ship within the United States only for now.
Returns
Thirty days from the day it arrives. Send it back unused, with the hat and the tag, and we will refund it.
Because the hats are crocheted by hand, small differences in stitch tension and shape are normal and are not defects. If something arrives damaged, send a photo and we will replace it.
