Where it comes from
Everything is made in our studio and shipped from there. Delivery to the United States takes 2 to 3 weeks.
We are working on holding stock in California. When that happens, this page will say so.
Returns
Thirty days from the day it arrives. Send it back unused, with the hat and the tag, and we will refund it.
Because the hats are crocheted by hand, small differences in stitch tension and shape are normal and are not defects. If something arrives damaged, send a photo and we will replace it.
